Repeating a Study Year
Article 10
Repeating a Study Year
- Upon request the Dean may permit the student, who has not met the conditions for enrollment to the next study year, to repeat the study year. The student may repeat a study year twice during the whole period of his/her undergraduate study, once in the time between the 1st and 3rd years, and once between the 4th and 6th years of study. The second repetition of the same study year is not allowed.
- When repeating a study year the student registers only the subjects he failed in, or the ones that have not been provided with credits. The student is required to take part in the classes of all the subjects he failed in.
- In the repeated study year the re-examination is permitted by the Dean in one subject only during one academic year. The third trials, i.e. exceptions approved by the Dean related to the winter term can take place in winter examination period and also by the time of one month after beginning of the summer term, and also in summer examination period and also from August 15 to August 31 in the respective year.
